CTOC is a course developed by Freeland in partnership with USAID, the U.S. Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs and multiple law enforcement organizations from around the world.
The course is designed to help law enforcement investigators identify and disrupt transnational organized crime groups involved in wildlife trafficking. After completing the training, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to identify and disrupt organized, cross-border wildlife trafficking supply chains.
